We ran the shop at 718 County Road KK in Kaukauna for years before moving production to a bigger Oshkosh facility in 2026. The crews we used to walk shirts out the door for in Kaukauna still get the same hand-pulled work, just from a 27-mile drive.

Kaukauna's economy still moves through the paper plants on the Fox River. Most company shirt orders here are 36 to 200 pieces, prints that need to survive the wash cycle a real worker puts them through.

Can I still pick up in Kaukauna?
We don't have a Kaukauna pickup spot anymore. Pickup is at the Oshkosh shop, 2909 Greenhill Ct STE B, off Highway 41. About 30 minutes from most of Kaukauna. We can also drop a large order to a single Kaukauna address for a flat fee.

What does a 75-shirt order cost?
75 pieces of one-color prints on basic tees usually runs $9 to $11 per shirt. Hoodies start around $24 each. Specialty inks, ink count, and garment quality all shift the number. Live calculator at /pages/live-pricing-calculator gives a quick ballpark.

Do you still do Kaukauna church and school groups?
Yes. Combined School District groups, parent organizations, church youth groups along the river. Same hand-pulled work we used to do when we were on County KK.

Can you do industrial-grade work shirts?
Yes. Cured for commercial laundry, plastisol or discharge depending on garment color and required hand-feel. Tell us how the shirts get washed and we'll pick the right ink chemistry.

How fast for a rush?
Standard 10 to 14 business days. Rush is possible if our schedule allows. Local Kaukauna clients usually get priority on rushes since most of them have been with us since the County KK days.

Do you do hats and embroidery?
Yes, in-house. Snapbacks, beanies, work hats. 12-piece minimum on embroidery. We send a sew-out photo for color approval before running the full job.
