Our shop is a 25-minute drive from most of Menasha. Workmen and crew leads usually pick up at the Oshkosh shop on lunch breaks. We open at 9am, which matches a lot of shift schedules.

What's a 30-shirt company order cost?
30 pieces is below our standard 36 minimum, so we'd either bump you to 36 or quote it through DTG. Most 36-piece company tees run $11 to $14 each for a one-color front print. The calculator at /pages/live-pricing-calculator gives a fast ballpark.

Can you handle work shirts that survive industrial laundry?
Yes. We use ink and cure settings that hold up to commercial wash temperatures. Tell us the laundry process you use and we'll pick the ink that lasts. No point in a print that fades on the third wash.

How long for a Menasha youth team order?
10 business days from approved artwork is standard. If your season opener is two weeks out, get the design to us by Friday. We carry blanks for most common youth sizes.

Do you do bag tagging or relabeling?
We can apply heat-press tags inside the neckline if you want a private-label look on your team shirts. Adds a few cents per piece and a few extra days to turnaround.

Where can I pick up in Menasha?
Pickup is at our Oshkosh shop, 2909 Greenhill Ct STE B. Most Menasha clients drive 20 minutes down Highway 41. If you can't, we'll quote shipping or a single drop-off.

What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (.ai, .eps) are ideal. PNG with transparent background works for most jobs. If your logo is only a small JPG, we'll rebuild it as a vector and reuse the file forever.
