We started using Dylan about three years ago and haven't looked back since. He's timely, professional, quick to fix issues, and priced fairly.

We pull every screen by hand at our Greenhill Court shop, two minutes off Highway 41. T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and bags for the bands, breweries, churches, and EAA crews who call this lakeside town home.

In our backyard
We're at 2909 Greenhill Ct STE B, off Highway 41 in Oshkosh. Most local clients pick up at the shop instead of paying to ship a box across town. If your run is ready Tuesday afternoon, you can be wearing it Wednesday morning.

EAA, UW-O, the lake
Oshkosh runs on big events. EAA AirVenture week, Pub Crawl, Sawdust Days, Country USA, Lifest, plus weekly UW-Oshkosh Titans home games and Menominee Park festivals. We've built turnaround buffers into our schedule for the season every printer in town gets squeezed.

Local for real
Most of our work walks in the door. Coffee shops on Main, churches near the river, lake-house bachelorette parties, breweries in the Oshkosh Pub Crawl rotation. Founded by Dylan Cappelle, who you'll actually talk to when you call (920) 949-4123.

Our live pricing calculator gives you a ballpark in seconds. Pick the garment, quantity, and ink count. Final pricing comes back inside one business day.
Everything Oshkosh clients ask first.
-
How much does a 50-shirt run cost in Oshkosh?
Most short runs land between $9 and $14 per shirt for a one-color print on a basic tee. Pricing depends on garment, ink count, and quantity. The live calculator at /pages/live-pricing-calculator gets you a ballpark in seconds, and we send a real number back inside one business day.
-
How fast can you turn around a rush order before EAA week?
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days. AirVenture week books out fast. If you're trying to land shirts before late July, get the artwork in by mid-June. We hold a few rush slots for in-town clients each season but they go quickly.
-
Do you do pickup at the Oshkosh shop?
Yes. Most Oshkosh and Fox Cities clients pick up at 2909 Greenhill Ct STE B. We'll text you the day your order is ready so you don't have to chase us. Open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
-
Do you have a minimum?
Standard minimum is 36 pieces per design for screen printing, 12 for embroidery. Below those numbers, the per-piece cost climbs because the screen and digitizing setup gets spread across fewer items. We can sometimes do shorter runs with DTG if it fits the design.
-
Can you handle UW-Oshkosh team or club orders?
We work with UW-Oshkosh student orgs, club teams, and Greek chapters every season. Send the design, the count, and your in-hand date through the quote form. We'll let you know which inks survive a season of practice and laundry.
-
Where's the artwork process start?
Bring a vector file (.ai, .eps) if you have one. If you don't, we'll redraw or rebuild it as part of the project. One-time fee covers the file forever, so reorders skip the design step.
Tell us what you want printed.
Quantity, garment, deadline, and either an idea or your artwork. We come back with pricing and a game plan inside one business day. Pickup at the Oshkosh shop or shipping to Oshkosh both work.
